As you work through an SAP project, you often find that you need to manage who can create documents, what types of documents they can create, and which status values you wish to allow by user. I’ll show you a fast technique that lets you control all the document attributes with a simple combination of basic configuration and security maintenance. This is not the only way to control the use of attributes, but in my opinion, it’s the easiest. SAP Solution Manager 7.0 SP 18 and higher offers this kind of customizable security for document management.
